Ordering

  • Ordering online. 
    It is easy! You will now find our shopping cart easy to use. Browse through the products –just take a look at the product category and menus at the top of your screen. When you see something you like, just click on the “Buy Now” button. This puts the product in your Shopping Cart – and you can keep an eye on how much your total cost is on the upper right hand side of the screen. You can put as many products as you like in your Shopping Cart; when you're finished, click on "Checkout", and fill in the required information upon checkout so we may best serve you.
  • We are open for business from Monday - Friday between 9AM to 6PM.

 

Payment Options

You can choose any of the following payment methods at the checkout when completing your order:

1) Cash-On-Delivery (COD)

  • How to pay by COD
    Simply select our COD option, we will send your orders only via Xend, who will then delivery and collect your payment. This service is available to orders Nationwide.

2) PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, Paypal)

  • How to pay by PayPal
    Simply select “Check out with Paypal” when you get to the checkout. You’ll be prompted to log in to Paypal to complete your order.  

 

Shipping & Handling Policy

1) Regular Shipping & Handling

You will receive your order in 1 to 7 business days. 

  • One rate Nationwide of 135

Provincial orders are delivered by LBC Express in 5 to 7 business days. If your area is not deliverable, you may pickup your parcel at the nearest LBC office in your locality.

2) FREE NATIONWIDE SHIPPING for all orders above PHP1000.

 

 

 

 

3) For International Orders

  • For international order, we ship orders via International Postal Registered Mail (for orders less than 1KG gross weight) and International Express Mail Service (for orders weighing 1KG & above).
  • Cost of shipping is determined based on shipping weight of your order and destination. We will send you a shipping quote once we receive your order. If you agree with the shipping rates, then we may proceed with your order.
  • Please note that we charge a handling fee of PHP50 for all international orders. 
  • We currently send orders to the following countries:
    Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belgium, Brazil, Brunei, Canada, China, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Laos, Luxembourg, Macau, Malaysia, Mongolia, Myanmar, Nepal, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Papua New Guinea, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, UK, USA, & Vietnam.
    *Belarus, Bhutan, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Egypt, Fiji, Hungary, Iceland, Iran, Jordan, Maldives, Oman, Pakistan, Poland, Romania, Russian Federation, Slovenia, Solomon Islands, South Africa, Turkey, Ukraine, UAE & Yemen.
  • Transit time is 14 to 21 business days. May take longer than usual in these countries. If you do not see your country in the list above, please contact us at support@ellanaminerals.com. International Shipping Restrictions We can only send packages up to 3KGs.


Order Fulfilment Policy

If for any reason we can not fill in your order because a product is no longer available, due to the item being out of stock, discontinued, or we can not fulfil the order as committed, our Sales Assistants will contact you within 1 business day to inform you of the delay and get your advice on how to proceed with the order.

Return and Replacement Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction in all our products. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, just return it in saleable condition (still in its original packaging) within 30 days from date of purchase. We will provide a refund, replacement, exchange or credit, excluding cost of shipping.

  • How to return products
    Please contact us report a problem with the product you received. We will send you a Returns Form by email or post. Please fill out the form and send back with your products. Returns will not be accepted without a returns form. Please send the products plus the completed returns form to us:
