All items must have been purchased on www.ellanacosmetics.com upon the recommendation of an Online Beauty Consultant.

AVAIL OF THE PROGRAM HERE

Our goal is your complete satisfaction. Based on your product experience, our Online Beauty Consultants shall reach out to you via email, SMS or call to:

  • recommend changes in your routine to achieve the products’ intended effect
  • replace your product with something more suitable given your feedback
  • request for a full or partial refund on your behalf subject to approval by the Head of eCommerce

The Guarantee includes: 

  • Cosmetics Products: Foundations, Concealers, Primers, Setting Spray, Face Mists, All Skin Care, All Hair Care, All Body Care, All Defense Care, All Essentials
  • If a customer experiences a skin reaction or irritation 
    • experienced within 48 hours of using the product, without using other products
    • determined upon result of a skin sensitivity test
    • Photos of the reaction/irritation are required
    • Excludes skin reaction or irritation due to use of incompatible products or due to use of dirty or unsanitary tools. 
  • If a customer is concerned about product efficacy after 14 days of daily use. 
    • Take a photo of your skin 
  • If a customer’s face color doesn’t match the foundation & concealer purchased.
    • Send us a selfie with the product swatched on your jawline to show the shade difference within 7 days of receiving the product. This will help us match you to your proper shade and send you the perfect foundation.
  • All other conditions under our Standard Replacement and Refund Policy.

Program Exclusions:

  • Shop Risk-Free request is submitted after 30 days from Order Shipping Date. The program’s 30 day period begins from the date your order is shipped. 
  • Except for reasons of defective/faulty product or damaged product (part of our standard replacement and refund policy), the following are excluded from the program:  Lip color, cheek color, brow color, eye color, accessories (non-cosmetics: brushes, pouches, tools, masks, etc.)
  • All sale items at 35% off or deeper and it’s equivalent are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
  • Items purchased without consulting an Online Beauty Consultant
  • Items purchased from retail stores and other eCommerce platforms
