Ordering and Returns Policy

Order Fulfillment Policy

If for any reason we can not fill in your order because a product is no longer available, due to the item being out of stock, discontinued, or we can not fulfil the order as committed, our Sales Assistants will be in touch with you within 3-5 business days to inform you of the delay and get your advice on how to proceed with the order. 

Order Change Policy

Should you wish to change or cancel your order (should this be change in products or change in payment terms), kindly refer to the confirmation email you received upon purchase. There will be a link in that email that will enable you to cancel or change your order.

Take note that editing and/or cancellation of orders will only be active for one hour upon purchase. Once that hour has ended, all orders are final and cannot be editedThis is for your security.

Should you have applied a one-time discount code on your canceled order, that discount code will not be carried over to your new order. Kindly contact us via Facebook Messenger to assist you.

Return and Replacement Policy

Your satisfaction is the most important thing for us. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may avail of our one-time (per order) return and/or replacement program.

  1. Contact us via Facebook Messenger with an image of the product you wish to return and/or replace, as well as the reasons for return/replacement.
  2. If this is a foundation shade issue, kindly also send a selfie with the product swatched on your jawline to show the shade difference. This will help us match you to your proper shade.
  3. Coordinate with our customer service team regarding your shipping address and bank account details should you be availing of a return/refund.
  4. Once the return/replacement agreement has been finalized, you may return your products to us by shipping them to the following address:
