Yesterday was the International Day of Education. Because of this, I wanted to take a moment to talk about something very close to my heart, and the heart of the Ellana brand.

As a mother of 3 and the “work mother” of over 200 employees, I believe that everyone deserves opportunities to learn and grow. This is why creating an inclusive environment full of possibilities is something we’re always working on at Ellana!

Learning is empowerment and plays a huge part in building shared success. This is one of the reasons why we regularly host development sessions; we also endorse and support employees seeking external learning opportunities. There’s always more growth to be had!
